DES Requirements Met

PCNs are required to track individual incidents and events that may impact the DES Contract, and keep other Members informed. This is in addition to any action that may be required at Practice level.

The contract does not define “incident” except as anything that may impact on Patient Safety and a Potential Breach of the contract. Best practice dictates
